It's Official ... We Just Got The Keys!

It's official ... we just got the keys to the new Bellevue facility and plan on putting the time in transform our new space ... including ALL this weekend!  We hope to have everything ready as soon as physically possible.

During construction we are going to hold classes in Bothell like normal as well as in the Connect All-Stars main facility in Bellevue.  There are plenty of opportunies to get in and get started on getting that summer body you've always wanted to have.

We are so excited to open our new space.  It has absolutly brought with it all the feelings and pride you get when you've saved up to buy your first car or your first house.  We look forward to carrying all of that energy and excitement into class and can't wait for the New Bellevue facility to open so you can all come and see what the excitement is about.

Welcome Connect All Stars to the Pulse Family

We are excited to announce that Pulse is teaming up with Connect All Stars, to serve as their new fitness specialist. This is a new adventure for Pulse and we are excited to share a lot of fun, hard work, sweat, success, strength, honor and more with our newest partner over the next season.

Connect All Stars is a nationally recognized full service cheer and dance facility based in Bellevue, WA that focuses on building teams with character and family values. These athletes compete at the national and world levels. Connect is one of the premiere cheer and dance gyms in the Northwest, and we are excited to be a part of their plan to successfully reach their goals.

Personal training results in a small group setting is our specialty, so we look forward to training these athletes giving them the best opportunity to be at their peak for competition season. But our partnership with Connect All Stars doesn't stop there. We are also committed to offering special pricing and flexible programs for families of Connect athletes as well. We're Moving to Bellevue, WA

Over the last 3 years Pulse has customized fitness classes for its clients outdoors in Bothell, WA. The late Spring and Summer classes were great as the mornings have been warm and the evenings still had more than enough light to inspire a great fitness experience. While the colder, muddy winter months make it increasingly more difficult to stay motivated to continuing towards fitness goals for many of my boot campers.

To best serve our clients we are so excited to announce we are making the next big step. In order to allow for continued momentum towards achieving fitness and health goals, we are now offering classes at our new fitness facility in Bellevue, WA. As many of our existing clients work or live in Bellevue or Kirkland we are excited that many of you will be making the move with us. For those of you that can’t we are so proud of the work you have put in during our time together and we look forward to staying connected and hearing of your future achievements.

Moving forward our goal is to combine the best of indoor and outdoor fitness classes and continue to help as many people as possible reach their fitness goals and live a healthier lifestyle. Our focus has been to blend customized workout plans with a motivating environment focused on creating the accountability needed to reach your goals. We are excited to have the opportunity to keep that commitment to our clients year round!

Starting June 11th, Pulse Boot Camp will be transitioning into our new facility. During this time we will be splitting time between Bellevue and Bothell. We will continue to this transition through July and will be exclusively in Bellevue starting July 29th! We are also excited about our new partnership with Connect All-Stars that allows us to expand and include children and teens into the Pulse family. Connect is a Nationally recognized full service Cheer and Dance facility that trains elite athletes ages 4 to 18. Competing on the National and World stage Connect teaches quality technique built on strong family values at it’s core. This partnership with Connect All-Stars allows Pulse to follow it’s goal and expand it’s set of available classes to include working with children to teach them the benefits of learning to live healthier at an early age. Pulse has always chosen to back philanthropy that supports fighting childhood obesity and now we have a chance to be hands on and make a difference.
